In a move aimed at expanding access to advanced tertiary care in Western Uttar Pradesh, where patients often travel to Delhi-NCR for complex medical treatment, Sarvodaya Healthcare has acquired Nayati Hospital in Mathura.
The acquisition has been completed through the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) process following approval from the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT). With this addition, Sarvodaya Healthcare’s total capacity has expanded from 800 beds to 1200 beds across the group.
The hospital will now operate under Sarvodaya Healthcare’s management with 400 beds and is expected to become fully operational by June 2026, improving access to advanced healthcare services for patients across Mathura and neighbouring districts.
It will focus on key specialties, including cardiology and cardiac surgery, oncology, orthopaedics and joint replacement, neurosciences, gastroenterology, and critical care, while also working towards national quality accreditations such as NABH and NABL.
The facility includes 100 ICU beds, nine modular operating theatres, advanced diagnostic services, and round-the-clock emergency and trauma care. Sarvodaya Healthcare plans to invest in medical technology upgrades, strengthen clinical infrastructure, and recruit specialist doctors as part of the hospital’s operational revival.
The hospital is also expected to generate significant employment in the region, with plans to create nearly 1000+ direct jobs over the next three to four years across clinical, nursing, paramedical, and administrative roles. As part of its broader efforts to support the regional healthcare ecosystem, Sarvodaya Healthcare also plans to organise health camps, screening initiatives, and training programmes for nurses and paramedical staff, while exploring collaborations with local doctors and healthcare centres.
